security deposit
The security deposit is designed to protect us and mitigate against any damage to the apartment or additional cleaning costs as a result of the apartment not being left in a clean and tidy state. Our property manager will inspect the apartment when you check out and we aim to refund your deposit as soon as possible assuming everything is acceptable.
You might want to take photographs prior to your departure for the avoidance of any doubt.
* Please note that for larger groups, we reserve the right to request a larger security deposit without explanation.

Towels & bedding
Mosts of our guests bring their own towels and bedding but we can loan you both for your stay at additional cost.
